Venue and Gathering Space
In addition to its vacation rental amenities, the Dome House YYC also serves as a gathering space and can easily accommodate various event setups and designs. The open layout and architectural uniqueness make it a perfect venue for special occasions, such as weddings, showers, birthdays, reunions, corporate gatherings, branding photography sessions or intimate celebrations, such as birthdays, anniversaries, showers and reunions.
In the outdoor spaces, guests can utilize the outdoor movie setup, the playground, the karaoke and sound system, and nine giant sized outdoor games. The front yard also has quite a special feature: a three-hole mini golf course where our guests can enjoy many fun-filled games of mini golf right at their vacation home!
Bedrooms
The three bedrooms in The Dome House YYC are elegant and cozy, providing a tranquil retreat for our guests. All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses, extra plush linens and large windows to let in the sunlight. The “Normal Gets You Nowhere” master features a queen bed, a bench and a sleek dressing area with a vanity opposite the bed. The “It was all a dream” bedroom is a modern space, featuring a double bed and a twin bunk bed for multiple sleeping arrangements and plenty of storage. The “Welcome To The Goodlife” bedroom features a raised double bed and twin bed.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) upstairs and downstairs bathroom are meticulously designed with both style and functionality in mind. Each bathroom exudes modern luxury, featuring sleek fixtures, and a contemporary aesthetic. Other exciting features of the bathrooms include a heated bidet with automatic seats, sleek fixtures, spacious walk-in showers and rainfall showerheads with and 6 body sprays. The Dome House YYC bathrooms are also equipped with modern amenities, including a hairdryer, a blow drier, a flat iron, fluffy towels, and complimentary high-end toiletries.
Living Room
The Dome House living room is unique, spacious and stylishly designed. It has ample amounts of comfortable seating for guests to relax and socialize. The skylights allow for natural light to flood the space. Modern features include, a tv, starlink satellite, smart home technology and a beautiful fireplace for those chilly Calgary nights. A giant hexagonal window and bright wall art add to the artistic flare of the space.
Kitchen
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is a modern space with high-end amenities. The kitchen features state of the art appliances and tools, including an espresso machine, dishwasher, basic cooking supplies, flatware, serving ware, spices and a fridge with ice and water. A beautiful and eye-catching backsplash adds artistic flare to this unique space.
Workspace
The workspace is compact and well organized, designed to maximize efficiency within limited space. We also provide basic office supplies and set up the space to support various tasks, making it an easy and functional area for work or study.
Rooftop Patio
The covered rooftop patio contains comfortable seating arrangements placed around a cozy fire pit. The space offers stunning views of the surrounding cityscape and natural scenery. Whether it’s a casual get-together, a team building event, or a small gathering, the rooftop patio provides an inviting and unique setting.
Five Patios
The Dome House YYC features five serene and inviting patios. There are multiple seating options where our guests can relax and dine outdoors. The three outdoor fire pits provide the spaces with warm ambiance and serve as the perfect spot to gather around on chilly Calgary nights. We also offer guests the use of the BBQ equipped with a forno oven grill.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is a vibrant and luxurious space, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities or gathering conversation. The clubhouse offers comfortable seating, a sophisticated bar, a flat screen tv with starlink satellite, full serve ware and flatware. The room is also filled with vibrant art that adds brightness to the space.
